This advice accompanies all stages, from business planning and structuring, due diligence coordinated with the firm’s other teams, negotiation follow-up, preparation of drafts and discussion of clauses and conditions, signing of the documents that formalize the operation, to the execution and closing of the operation, including, if applicable, the respective submission to the competition agencies and the performance of the necessary registrations.
