Rogério Carmona Bianco
Rogério Carmona Bianco graduated in Law (LL.B.) from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) in 1997. Mr. Bianco obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M) with honors from Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago, 2009). He received a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in Civil Procedure from the School of Magistracy of Sao Paulo (2003). Mr. Bianco’s legal practice is addressed to civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on national and international arbitration, class-actions and disputes concerning corporate and contractual issues, including matters in the products liability, insurance, and infrastructure areas. Mr. Bianco has been a lecturer in events concerning corporate litigation and arbitration. He also develops legal research on those issues.
