Rafael Tedrus Bento lawyer, Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP), PhD candidate in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic Units of São Paulo (PUCSP), Master in Human Rights and Social Development from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP), with a period integrated into the Master’s Degree in European Union Law at the University of Minho (UMinho), Specialist in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic Units of São Paulo (PUCSP), Specialist in Business Law from INSPER. He has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2012. Experience in the labor area and personal data protection, with an emphasis on individual and collective litigation and consultancy. He has also experience in forums and courts, in hearings and oral arguments before the courts.
