Henrique Mellão Cecchi de Oliveira graduated in Law at the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) in 2013. He holds a specialization degree in Brazilian Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) in 2015 and a LL.M. in International Tax Law at the Queen Mary University of London in 2020. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). His legal practice is focused on tax advisory and tax litigation, specializing in matters related to domestic and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings, as well as on corporate taxation mandates in general. He has relevant experience advising high net-worth individual clients and families on wealth, estate, and succession planning. He has worked for more than two years in tax consultancy firms in Luxembourg and the United Kingdom (London), where he focused on tax advisory to investment funds on real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and private debt.
