Célia Mara Peres
Célia Mara Peres graduated in Law (LL.B.) from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 1997. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 1998. Master´s Degree in Comparative Civil Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC) in 2006. Ph.D. in Labor Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC) in 2012. Ms. Peres is also a professor and lecturer at graduate and specialization courses. She received award of teacher merit, from Brazilian Bar Association, in 2013. Her practice is focused on contracts, social security, provident and superannuation fund, insurance regulation, labor counseling, litigation and auditing. Author of the Equality and non-discrimination in employment relationships, LTR, 2014.
