Beatriz Toratti earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in 2019. She holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo (USP). Her practice focuses on civil litigation, public civil actions, corporate and contractual disputes, arbitration, consumer law, and insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
